► Student Mentor Scheme

Student Mentors Scheme Header

The Student Mentor Scheme is the welfare support system in residences at the University of Birmingham. The scheme aims to provide a friendly face to help students enjoy their University experience and deal with any issues which may arise.

For 2009/10 Student Mentors will be at all University of Birmingham residences and any privately owned nominated University accommodation (locations yet to be confirmed). All students under the Freshers’ Guarantee Scheme will have a Mentor.

Helping you with common student worries

The Student Mentor Scheme runs a number of campaigns each year to help you with common problems encountered by students. Please see Campaigns for more information.
