Sessions for the day:
13:00-14:00 - 'Relax and Stretch' session with Yoga Soc
14:00-15:00 - mindfullness break, with journalling, drawing, tea breaks and snacks
15:00-16:00 - 'Beginner friendly meditation and relaxed yoga' with Karine
Please wear comfotable clothes and shoes that allow you to move around freely.
Nuffield has step-free access and all of the yoga sessions will be relaxed and low-pressure.
