As a member of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Birmingham you can be the one creating sustainable solutions to these challenges by becoming part of a national charity.

You don’t need to be an engineer to be a part of EWB!

As part of EWB Birmingham you can:

• Boost your own skills enhancing your CV - including access to our free online sustainability course!

• Meet new people

• Enjoy fun and hands-on workshops

• Attend trips outside of Birmingham

• Have fun at one of our many socials (such as bowling, laser quest or nights out)!

Do you want to inspire future generations?

Engineers Without Borders UK promotes global responsibility based on four principles: Purposeful, Responsible, Inclusive and Regenerative. 

As part of EWB Birmingham, you will have the opportunity to inspire children to study STEM subjects by offering fun engineering-based workshops in local schools, volunteering at The Big Bang Fair and becoming a registered STEM ambassador. These could be the future leaders of society or engineers developing innovative products.

These are not the only activities we offer; we also offer fundraising events such as PearJam or simple bakesales. Over the year we offer new opportunities and activities for all our members so don't be afraid to ask what we do!
