Body Combat is a high energy, non-contact martial arts inspired workout with moves inspired by Karate, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Boxing and Kung Fu, you will punch, kick and fight your way to fitness, releasing stress and burning calories at the same time!

 

All of these FREE fitness classes have been organised by your Sports Officer, Georgie Freeman, as part of De-stresstival.
