Selly Express

What Is It?

From Monday 17th April, the Guild’s shuttle bus service, the Selly Express, is your FREE evening shuttle bus service from campus to Selly Oak, that's back and is now running for even longer, with a new drop off location added!

The bus runs from Monday - Friday during term time, and collects students at 7:00pm, 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, 11pm, and 12am, close to the main Library, behind Spar (on the corner of Westgate and Ring Road).

You don’t need to buy a ticket to ride the Selly Express. Just show up with your student ID and tell the driver exactly where you’d like to be dropped off, and we'll either drop you at the exact location, or for smaller roads that the bus may not be able to navigate, as near to your front door as we possibly can. From Monday 17th April, we'll be adding Selly Oak Court as a drop off point.

Where Can It Drop Me Home?

The Selly Express only collects from the bus stop close to the main Library (behind Spar, on the corner of Westgate, and will drop you to the following roads in Selly Oak and Bournbrook:

Bournbrook Road

Bristol Road (between Bournbrook and Heeley Road)

Coronation Road

Croydon Road

Dale Road

Dartmouth Road

Dawlish Road

Exeter Road

Harrow Road

Heeley Road

Hubert Road
