The Council will not collect your recycling bin if you have not sorted the recycling correctly. With this in mind we are providing a FREE recycling bag to student houses in Selly Oak to separate your paper and glass/plastic/metal recycling so you can easily transfer it to your wheelie bin when ready.
The bag can easily sit in your kitchen or next to your house bin making recycling easy and effort free. You can either let the bag fill then transfer it to your outside bin or take it with you on your way out the door each day. We will leave the transfer options up to you but the important thing is that you are effectively thinking about recycling and making a difference to the environment!
