Dust off your dancing shoes, Dance Club Latino, University of Birmingham social salsa
society is back with our annual Latin Dance Festival on Saturday 11th March 2023 at The
University of Birmingham.
As always there will be 20+ hours of workshops in various styles including Salsa, Bachata,
Kizomba, Reggaeton, Rueda, Cha Cha and many more! Join us in the evening for an
amazing Salsa Ball in the University of Birmingham Great Hall, a prestigious university
venue that lends itself to a salsa night found nowhere else! We’ve also got some of the UK's
top DJs including Mauricio Reyes with some of the best international performers such as
Jacopo & Linda Tavana! There will also be our annual group and couples inter-uni
competition halfway through the day, so get your performances ready as trophies are to be
won!
The theme of the ball this year is A NIGHT IN OLD HAVANA.
Dress code for the ball: COCKTAIL ATTIRE
Day Tickets only include day time workshops.
Evening Ticket only includes one evening class, the performances, and the social.
Full Ticket includes everything!
Member price if for all our registered student members - membership will be checked at ticket collection.
Non-member if for students who are not currently members.
External is for anyone else who wishes to attend the event.
