Brought to you by Residence Life, the Wellbeing Café is the perfect opportunity to take a break, recharge, and focus on your well-being in a relaxed environment. 🧘‍♀️✨

What's On?
  • 💎Meditation session with crystals💖 - Reenergise and get your very own Citrine OR Amethyst Crystal to take home.
  • 🎨 Paint your very own totebag! 
  • 🖌️Decorate a pebble stone to take back! 
  • 🐶 Therapy Dogs - come recharge with Teddy and Cedric 
  • 💬 Wellbeing Ambassadors On-Site
    • Have any questions? Your Residence Life Assistants will be available throughout the event to chat about anything related to your wellbeing, finance, shared living, academics, or just general support.
  • 🥤Refreshments station
    • Because it’s a café, we’ll be serving up a selection of cosy refreshments to make sure you feel right at home! ☕
  • 🌈 Umbrella Sexual Health Info Stall – Pick up free contraception and important sexual health info.
  • ❤️‍🩹Healthwatch - Information on how to access their services, and resources for Mental Health Support Access.

This event is FREE , please bring along your Student ID card to check in.
