Important notices
Any member who has a membership may stand for any position listed above (role descriptions are attached to this email). You can do this by replying to this email with a short paragraph explaining why you believe you should be considered for the role by Monday 12th October.
Voting will take place via Microsoft Forms, with only members with a valid Guild Membership being able to vote.
We require 50% of our membership to be present for any EGM to be valid.
The Microsoft Teams link for the meeting will be emailed out 2 days in advance to allow for members to get their membership, and to ensure that only active members have the correct link.
