So this event is for freshers and other students at the university of Birmingham to meet the committee members of AMC this year. We will be talking about what ACMC stands for, the type of events we aim to host in the future and are principles as a society. We will be having an introduction where everyone gets to know themselves through bingo games. This event will be quite relaxed, we will mainly be playing games , having engaging conversations and trying to mainly get to know each other. The food that we will have will be snacks purchased from local stores like Tesco / Sainsbury's. Students that will attend will be 18 or over and university students. We aim to have around 20-30 people at this event !
