Sports Ball 2026

Sports Ball will be taking place at Luna Springs on Wednesday 10th June. Doors open at 6pm and we will head to the Guild at 11pm for the Afterparty Sports Night (Final one of the Year !!). Remember to pre-book cabs to Luna and back to the Guild afterwards closer to the event.

Tickets go on Sale Thursday 2^nd April at 17:00 and go off sale Friday 1st May at 17:00

Tickets are all General Release for this event so as always, we ask as a team you prioritize final years and committee members for the first few days of sales before opening to all members.

For members not wanting to attend the Ball but would still like to attend the Afterparty, tickets for this will go on sale closer to the event like a normal Sports Night.

Ticket price is £30.00

For this amazing price you will get the following:

• Entrance to the Sports Ball 2026 @ Luna Springs
• Free Meal
• Free Drink
• DJ
• Free Entry into the Afterparty Sports Night back at the Guild
• Free Bottle of VK at the Afterparty.

Menu options are:

• Katsu Chicken Munch Box – Luna signature crumb coated chicken with Japanese curry sauce, Crispy golden skin on fries, Hot honey dip, Honey mustard slaw, and a corn on the cob finished with a sprinkle of Spring Onions.
• Wray and Jerk Munch Box – Luna signature crumb coated chicken strips coated in luna jerk Wray and Nephew rum infused BBQ glaze, Crispy golden skin on fries, sour cream dip, honey mustard slaw, spring onion, and a corn on the cob.
• Vegan Jackfruit Wings Munch Box (V,VE) – Vegan Jackfruit Wings, Vegan Truffle Mayo, Spring Onions, Chives, Hot Honey dip, Vegan yogurt rainbow slaw, and corn on the cob.
• Luna Chicken Balti – A Medium spiced, aromatic curry cooked with succulent chicken, Chunky onions, and peppers in a thick tangy tomato-based sauce. Choose from the following sides on the day Basmati rice, Fries, Poppadom’s, Chapati bread, Veg samosa.
• Luna Vegan Tikka Masala (V,VE) – Roasted cauliflower florets, courgettes and tikka marinated tofu simmered in a velvety medium spiced masala sauce finished with fresh coriander. Choose from the following sides on the day Basmati rice, Fries, Poppadom’s, Chapati bread, Veg samosa.

Please purchase the ticket which matches your option of food.

V = Vegetarian - VE = Vegan

Finally, we have 6th option for food for those who have dietary requirements which are not met by the above options.

Finally, it wouldn't be a ball without a photobooth, photographers and some Awards from your current and re-elected Sports Officer Abhijeet 😊 

INFORMATION ON WRISTBAND COLLECTION WILL FOLLOW ( you will need to collect your Sports Ball wristband from the guild leading up to the event as this will along with ID act as your entry ticket to the Ball and the Afterparty)
