The Intersectional Feminist Association (IFA) at UoB are an activist and educational space for all women, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and trans students
We run workshops, talks and events with activists, authors, artists and more!
Join our social events to find a like-minded community and to try new things together in a safe space.
We work alongside other liberation associations, societies, and organisations both in and outside of the university to work towards ending misogyny, gender-based discrimination, and other forms of oppression.
Intersectionality and inclusion are the central frameworks to our feminism. We stand against racism, class discrimmination, ableism, fatphobia, transphobia, homophobia and all forms of oppression. Our activism cannot be seperated from pro choice movements, queer and LGBTQ+ liberation, and racial and disability justice.
