What happens to my form after submitting it? 

Completed forms will be sent to the Student Reps inbox for the Senior Representation Coordinator to review and  that this is the correct place to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is in the outside of scope of the Rep Misconduct Procedure, the Senior Representation Coordinator will re-direct the complaint to the revelant team.
