Come to the Community Pantry Eco Shop!
Thanks to FareShare Midlands, you can fill up a shopping bag of food for only £5 - expect fresh fruit and veg, cupboard staples and chilled & frozen food. All food items available are surplus food donations, meaning we can offer an affordable grocery shop without hurting the planet! Food will be given on a first-come-first-served basis, so come early to avoid disappointment.
The Community Pantry Eco Shop will be in the Guild Car Park from 12-1pm on Friday 12th June.
To help keep our Eco Shop eco-friendly, please bring your own bag.
Please be mindful that you may receive chilled or frozen items, so plan your trip to the Eco Shop accordingly to ensure you can refrigerate food quickly, for your own health and safety.
Both the Guild and FareShare are committed to greener, more sustainable food access for all - to help us out, please only buy a ticket if you plan on attending the event so that we can gauge demand and avoid food waste.
Please note: a ticket on the Guild website is free but you will need to pay £5 on the day. This will be a cashless event - card and Apple Pay payments only.
