Whether you've played before of it's your first time, come and give it a go! We are an inclusive society for all abilities.
Our Taster sessions are free so no need to worry about tickets, spaces run on a first come, first served basis.
After the session, we are heading to the pub, so feel free to come alling and meet your fellow benchballers!
How to find us:
Enter Sport & Fitness via the main entrance, and head to the receptionists. Let them know you are here for the benchball taster session and they will let you througn the gates. The Munrow Arena is on the left, so follow the signs to arena 3.
If you need a hand, a member of committee will be in the lobby at the start of the session to help. You'll find them wearing our orange kit!
The Benchball Basics:
There will be 8-10 people on a team, with one member of your team on the bench, your aim is to be the first team to get your whole team on the bench.
You may not move with the ball so you'll have to work as a team to pass the ball up to your bench. If you pass to the bench and they catch the ball, you will join them on the bench, but only if they don't fall off!
