This is a joint bar crawl organised by the Aerospace Engineering Society and Nuclear and Materials society (NAMs). The event is open to all students and tickets will be available to purchase through the Guild website. We anticipate approximately 50 attendees, with around 7 stewards (final numbers to be confirmed).
The attendees will meet at Goose, The OVT at 8:00pm, where the event will start. The planned itinerary is:
8:00pm-9:30pm - Goose, The OVT, Selly Oak
9:30pm-10:30pm - The Soak Bar & Grill
10:30pm-11:30pm- The Bristol Pear
11:30pm onwards - Circo Student Bar
The group will travel together between venues and we will give the group a 10 minute notice before moving to the next venue. We aim to reserve a designated section/tables within each venue in advance to reduce issues caused if the venue becomes busy.
Approximately 9 stewards will be present throughout the event. Stewards will wear identifiable wristbands so that attendees can easily recognise and approach them for assistance. Prior to the event, information explaining how to identify stewards will also be communicated to the attendees through our Instagram post.
