Join us for a 5K social run heading for the picturesque Bourn Brook walkway, starting and finishing outside the School of Computer Science.
The run is approximately 5 kilometres long and we'll have a beginner and experienced group, so all abilities are welcome. This is a social event rather than a race and we'll have a tail runner to keep the group together throughout.
The route follows local pavements and pathways, so please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the conditions. We'd also recommend arriving well hydrated, and bringing water with you if you think you may need it during the run.
If you have an injury, medical condition, disability, or any other requirement that could affect your participation, please contact Harry Wake, the event lead in advance by emailing css@society.guild.bham.ac.uk. If you have a medical condition that may require you to carry medication (e.g. an inhaler), please bring it with you and keep it easily accessible during the run.
