The Saudi Society will be holding a Meet and Greet event on Saturday 3 October 2026 from 16:00 to 20:00 in the Debate Hall at the Guild of Students. The purpose of the event is to introduce new and returning students to the society's committee and to allow attendees to meet one another ahead of the academic year. Activities will consist of informal games and social interaction. There is no formal programme and no scheduled talks.
The event is ticketed and is open to all University of Birmingham students and membership of the Saudi Society is not required in order to attend. Approximately 100 attendees are expected. There are no external parties or speakers involved; the event is organised and run entirely by the Saudi Society committee.
