From time to time Guild of Students outlets may offer special offers, vouchers or discounts on their menus, food and/or drinks. Below you will find the relevant terms and conditions for each offer. Terms and conditions outline our relationship with you as the user of the service and the Guild as the service provider. Please read them carefully. Guild and Joe’s Bar Food and drink offers are not valid on UK bank holidays. .
Joe’s Bar ‘All you can eat’ offer
Prices: Cost £10 per person to be paid in advance at the till in Joe’s Bar.
Offer availability: Available 22 – 30 April 2024 12.00 pm – 5.00 pm only. No further discounts or other promotional codes can be applied to this offer.
Options: Choose from one of the following 4 pizzas: Med Veg, Margherita, BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni. Joe’s Bar does not guarantee that the food specified will be available on each day of the promotion period. Food availability is subject to supplies secured each week and purchases made each day. There will be no substitutions or alternatives offered. It is recommended that you redeem this offer as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Ordering process: Orders must be for whole pizzas only from the list above. Each subsequent pizza can be a different flavour. The next pizza can only be ordered from your dedicated staff member once the previous pizza is finished (some leeway given to crusts) and we will aim for this to be delivered within 10 minutes of your transaction being processed. Your last order must be no later than 20 minutes before the end of your session.
Session time: Your session lasts 90 mins – timed from when the first transaction is processed at the till. Sessions must begin no later than 4.00pm. You will be asked to vacate your seats at the end of the session time. Please therefore only order what you can finish within the 90-minute session.
Takeaway: No takeaway is available on All you can eat food. All orders must be consumed on the premises during the session time specified. Staff have the right to refuse orders if there is suspected wastage.
Cancellation of offer: Offer instantly void if anyone, other than those who have paid for the All you can eat offer, eat food from the same table. Strictly no split tables or sharing servings across non-participating tables. Staff have the right to refuse further service if this occurs and you may be asked to leave before your session time ends. Service is at the manager’s discretion and we reserve the right to decline an order without reason.
Exceptions and exclusions: All sides and drinks will be charged for additionally at the bar. No desserts, sides or drinks are included in the All you can eat offer. No other food products from our usual menus are included in this offer.
Allergies: Please alert us to any allergies at time of ordering.
Offer revisions or cancellation: This offer may be removed at any time without prior warning or notice. It may also be extended or revised under which circumstances information will be published on the Guild of Students website and other Guild of Students channels where appropriate.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once the transaction is completed.
It is assumed that by purchasing the ‘All you can eat option’ you understand these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.

Joe’s Bar ‘Boost your burger’ offer
Prices: Toppings are offered without charge for the duration of this offer only. No monetary value, alternative servings or refunds are provided in place of this offer.
Offer availability: Available from 22 April until 31 May 2024, excluding UK bank holidays on 6 May and 27 May, 12 pm to 8pm Monday to Sunday, to eat in customers only. Not valid on takeaway orders. No further discounts or other promotional codes can be applied to this offer.
Options: Only one topping option per burger (including Mighty Joe’s). To qualify you must purchase a burger product from our menu which includes:
- Classic Joe
- Mighty Joe
- Southern Fried Burger
- Vegan Hamburger
- Stacker Burger
- VFC
Additional Burger options are charged at £1.50.
Order requirements: All toppings are to be served on the single item ordered with no transfer of toppings from one order to another i.e. it is not possible to order 2 burgers or other multiples and move a topping from one burger to another resulting in one burger receiving two or more toppings and another burger or more than one burger obtaining none.

Joe’s Bar Mega May Mini Pizza and Fries Offer
Prices: Each mini pizza and portion of fries can be purchased for £5.00. Fries can be upgraded to curly fries for an extra £1.50. No other alternatives are available under this offer and no further discounts or promotional codes may be applied to this offer.
Offer availability: This offer is available throughout May 2024 12pm to 6pm excluding UK bank holidays on 6 May and 27 May.
Options: Choose from one of the following 4 pizzas:
- Pepperoni
- BBQ Chicken
- Margherita
- Vegan Margherita
Order requirements: All orders are served in a takeaway box as standard and may be eaten on the premises or elsewhere. Please notify your server if you would prefer a plate to eat your serving on the premises.
Allergens: Please see allergens posters or the Guild website for more information on the 14 listed allergens. Please alert your server to any allergens at the time of ordering. A gluten free alternative is available on request.
All food is prepared in a working environment and measures are in place to prevent cross contamination however we cannot guarantee the absence of trace amounts of allergens used in the environment
Offer revisions or cancellations: All products are subject to stock availability. Any option can be withdrawn without notice. Substitutions are at the manager’s discretion. The Guild reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

Board Games Night Drinks Offer
Offer availability: The drinks voucher provided to attendees of the Give it a Go Board Games Night is available for use Wednesday 20 March 2024 between 5pm and 9pm in Joe’s Bar only. All drinks orders must be consumed on the premises during the session time specified. No takeaways are permitted.
The drinks voucher can be used to pay for any drink from the Joe’s Bar drinks menu with monies required to subsidise any over spend against the £5 face value of the voucher. No change will be provided for any drinks’ order purchased with one or more vouchers in the event that the price of the total drinks order comes to less than the voucher(s) face value. The voucher has no monetary value and no refunds are permitted at any time.
Exceptions and exclusions: All food orders will be charged for additionally at the bar. This voucher may not be used for the purchase of desserts, sides or other food items from the Joe’s bar menu. No other food products from Joe’s menus are included in this offer.
Cancellation of the voucher: This offer may be removed at any time without prior warning or notice. Use of the voucher assumes that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them.
