Willkommen – We are the UoB German Society, one of the Guild's oldest!
If you’re an English speaker looking to practice your German in a relaxed environment, a native speaker visiting during your studies abroad, or simply interested in German culture, we have something for you! Throughout the year, we organize a variety of events, including our signature Stammtische, where we gather at a pub to enjoy drinks and practice our German. We also host a Berlin Film Night featuring German soft drinks and snacks! Our events are open to all students, not just those studying German, and we welcome individuals of all language levels.
