Kickboxing

The UoB Kickboxing Society provides a fun and friendly environment to learn kickboxing twice a week. 

We promote the view that martial arts is not only about learning self defense, but also pushing your own physical and mental boundaries, building self-confidence and awareness, and making friends.

All are welcome - you do not need to have previous experience! 


We usually train Tuesdays and Fridays 4-6 pm.
