Wear shorts and have bare arms to pole classes to provide grip. For heels and floorwork classes cover your legs, knee pads are advised. Do not moisturise or fake tan 24 hours before a class as this makes the poles slippy. Do not be late to class as it is essential you warm up beforehand. 24 hour cancellation policy – if you cancel your class less than 24 hours beforehand you will not be allowed to sign up the following week.

Challenge yourself and have fun!
