Warmest greetings from INDOSOC UoB!

INDOSOC stands for Indonesian Society which is an official community authorised by the Guild of Students of the University of Birmingham. Its establishment is aimed at providing opportunities to all UoB students to know, learn, join, and have fun in many social activities held by the Indonesian Students. Here, you might meet a lot of Indonesian friends who come all the way from many parts of Indonesian archipelago. It will be nice since having friends is the most important ingredient in this recipe of life, isn't it?

As a country rich in cultural diversity, we are delighted to introduce the kindness of the people, the indigenous cultures, as well the beauty of our beloved country, Indonesia. Various programmes will be held to embrace the excitement in University's vibrant life of culture, social and entertainment, education and sport. Some programs are already awaits in our list: a cultural night, off campus trip, food bazaar, light academic discussion and weekly sport sessions.

To ensure that you get what you need from us, when you need it, we have created a set of promises which we will always aim to deliver.
