    The IFA does not adequately represent all women at UoB. We need a new Women's Association that actually represents all the women of UoB

    Policy

    Demote the IFA to a society rather than an association and form a new Women's Association that focuses on women's issues and needs. The IFA currently is focused on LGBT+ individuals, which infringes on the role of the LGBT association and takes the focus away from women
