    I would like to see part time officers getting paid for their role. I would like this change to happen by discussing these challenges to the university and why it’s important for part time officers to get paid. Also taking a vote and to see the outcome of other students whether they think part time officers should get paid.

3:29pm on 29 Sep 23 Additional Information on this Idea from Student Voice: The Guild is currently reviewing the Part-Time Officer roles as part of the Democracy Review, with considerations being made about whether these roles could be paid, alongside other possible outcomes. We would encourage you to share your views on this via the Student Demonstration of Interest and leaving a comment below. You can also fill out our Representation Survey on this topic: https://survey.alchemer.eu/s3/90612798/representationsurvey. This will then be incorporated in to the Democracy Review and therefore won’t progress to an Action Group.
