Pole Fitness

Whether you have any previous pole experience or just up for trying something new, Pole Fitness aims to noticeably improve fitness levels and enhance muscle tone for anyone at the University of Birmingham.
Become a part of this rapidly accepted form of exercise, and progress up established levels following a syllabus from our qualified outside instructors, here on campus.

Membership fee £10 for the year this includes:
- Discount instructed classes at £5 per session
- Priority places at classes on a first come first served basis
- Members socials
- Team kit
- Potential shows and competitions
- Opportunity to go on tour abroad

Classes held Monday & Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.
Shorts are highly recommended for grip. You do not need to wear trainers.
