Join us for a free self defence class with Birmingham Taekwondo! All abilities welcome and all equipment provided! This is the final of the 3 classes happening in Term 2 so come along before the term ends. You will learn some basic self-defence skills and you will be able to develop your confidence in using them too! 

The class will be a fun chance to try self-defence out!
