We're holding focus groups to give Black students an opportunity to share their experiences as part of the Guild's research on why some ethnic groups tend to be awarded different degree classifications. Data from these focus groups will be used to create a report that will be presented to the University of Birmingham, to encourage action on equality, diversity and inclusion.
Food will be provided and each participant will recieve a £10 Sainsbury's voucher! Spaces are limited, so if you'd like to participate, please register your interest by ordering a free ticket and participants will be invited on a first come, first served basis. Please only register your interest if you identify as a Black or Mixed (including Black) student and please only register your interest for one focus group.
