Join us for an interactive East African samosa workshop celebrating one of the region’s most loved snacks. Popular across countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, East African samosas are known for their aromatic spicing, crisp pastry, and savoury fillings.

In this hands-on session, participants will learn how to prepare a traditional filling, season it with characteristic East African flavours, and master the distinctive folding method that gives samosas their recognisable triangular shape. Attendees will cook in small groups in a relaxed, social environment designed to encourage cultural exchange, collaboration, and shared learning.

The workshop is beginner-friendly and open to all students, whether you’re completely new to cooking or already confident in the kitchen. By the end of the session, everyone will enjoy freshly prepared samosas together while gaining practical skills and insight into East African food traditions. All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
