We're really excited to welcome Jess Phillips MP to UoB to hear about her experiences and career. ✨
The talk will include her discussing her time campaigning for greater justice for women and girls, her time in office currently as Under Secretary in the Home Office and at the end a Q&A. The questions will be prepared by the ID Soc committee, based on responses to the ticket, to prevent questions being asked multiple times and ensure a spread of views and points being made. These will not be shared outside of the committee prior. If there is still time at the end of the talk, we may take a few questions from the audience.
We will be providing refreshments as well (teas, coffees and biscuits). We hope to see you there! 💙
