ADVICE
Unless you are already confident with the park layout, organise yourself into groups to reduce the risk of getting lost. Feel free to ask a committee member for help in finding a group.
Don't bring anything too heavy around the park with you, this is likely to get uncomfortable throughout the day.
Bring any essential medication and inform a committee member of any medical conditions that may affect your day.
CONTACT
If you have any questions or concerns throughout the day, please contact a member of the committee; we will provide you with our contact details. In the event of an emergency, contact emergency services if necessary and then a member of the committee as soon as possible.
