Join us for 3 games of laser tag at Laser Quest Birmingham, one of the favourite socials last year!
We'll be meeting at the Faraday statue at 6:40pm to get the train together. Keep an eye on our socials and Whatsapp for updates!
We plan to get the 6:56pm train from University to New Street then Moor Street to Acocks Green followed by a short walk to the venue.
Feel free to make your own way there if you don't live in the University area, just be sure to arrive at Laser Quest by about 7:45pm!
When you purchase a ticket to this event, you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances unless:
- You inform Wayfarers Hiking Society (the Society) as soon as possible after you realise you can no longer attend.
- You inform the Society at least two days before the event is scheduled to begin. - For example: - With a standard Friday to Sunday weekend trip, you will need to inform us by 5pm on Wednesday.
- With a standard Saturday coach trip, you will need to inform us by 5pm on Thursday. - With a standard Sunday minibus trip, you will need to inform us by 5pm on Friday.
- This is to allow us time to find a replacement member to take your place on the trip. - You find a suitable replacement member yourself for your ticket.
- In these cases, please inform the Society as soon as possible that you wish to transfer a ticket, upon which we will advise further on what to do. - You are otherwise authorised to receive a refund from the Society by the Society’s Committee.
- Your statutory rights protect your right to a refund. Where applicable, the Society reserves the right to refuse refund requests. Extenuating circumstances may be considered in addition to the general rules above, e.g. bereavement, emergencies, and unforeseen medical considerations. The Society will endeavour to be understanding and flexible of requests for refunds, but each refunded unfilled space on events costs the Society - and therefore its members - money, therefore not every refund request is guaranteed to be accepted.
