The University of Birmingham's society for the appreciation of Japanese animation and Japanese graphic novels/comics. We aim to bring together everyone who is interested in Anime and Manga. Whether you're a hardened otaku, or just curious about anime, anyone is more than welcome to join us!

Our society is currently operating in person, but we are most active on our Discord server, which has over 800 users! Using this as our hub, we organise lots of virtual events for members.

Socialize in a more laid back setting, with manga available to read throughout the session! Members may also loan manga.
Seasonal Events!
- Throughout the year we host many events such as art and cosplay competitions with prizes for winners, karaoke, comic con and other events! Details will be posted on our socials.
Since our server is always active, we sometimes have other informal events run and organised by our members throughout the week, which you're free to take part in, like gaming parties and voice calls!
We also have plenty of initiatives run by our members, including the Anime Music Band.
