You also need a good understanding of the UK education system particularly relating to GCSE and A’level examinations.

Key duties include:

  • Providing an initial point of contact for Top Tutors
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries about our tutoring services
  • Talking to customers to identify the tutoring requirements
  • Inputting and collating data
  • Maintaining, files databases and records
  • Liaising with tutors, schools and parents

We require confident individuals who are well organised and methodical, with good attention to detail, who are able to plan and organise their own work to meet deadlines. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to use their initiative to resolve issues and have an interest in improving learning for young people.

Successful candidates will have a good level of IT skills, experience inputting and collating data and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills. Previous experience dealing with customers over the telephone would be an advantage.

You will be joining a small Administration Team that provides the administration and support services to the organisation, therefore you must be a really good team player and flexible in your approach to work and changing priorities.
