Hours

4.00 - 20.00 We are looking for people to work 4-8pm shifts between Monday and Friday - however various shift patterns are available 11am-4pm shifts at weekends.

We are looking for people to:

• Conduct telephone interviews with people from a wide range of backgrounds
• Ask questions about a range of services in the social housing sector
• Record the answers accurately and obtain quality feedback
• Use empathy, rapport and probing skills
