Tap Room Bartender (Birmingham Brewing Company) (3 positions)

Birmingham Brewing Company is looking for bar staff to work at its Brewery Tap Room. Job Duties:

• Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations.

• Providing a positive and friendly experience by interacting with customers.

• Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested.

• Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed.

• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.

• Collecting and washing glassware.

• Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area.

• Complying with all food and beverage regulations.

• Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour.

• Assisting with moving of furniture indoors and outdoors to suit customer or event needs.

• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
