The Times Final Year Student Interviewers (High Fliers Research Company) (10 positions)

The Times Final Year Student Survey is the largest and most comprehensive survey of graduate recruitment at the UK’s leading Universities. The survey has been produced annually since 1995. The Times are now recruiting its 2020 interviewers who will be in charge of conducting these face-to-face surveys over the course of a week.

You must:

• Be able to hit your target of 25 interviewees all done face-to- face.
• Be well connected to final year students because all interviewees must be graduating in 2020.

Pay:

Interviewers get £1.50 per survey UNTIL they reach their 25-person interviewee target creating an income of £37.50. As soon as you hit the 25 target your pay automatically doubles so you get £75 overall. If you then wish to continue interviewing people you will get £3 for each extra survey and bonuses.

You will also gain a CV reference from The Times that will look great to future employers.

Experience:

We are looking for well connected people that will be able to easily accomplish their 25-person target. As well as people that have good communication and approachability skills in order to conduct the interviews.
