vacancy for an E-commerce Assistant has arisen based at our Head Office in Birmingham City Centre.

We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Evening Shit. The ideal applicant will possess strong customer service skills to answer
phone queries as well as assisting customers on our live chat service. The successful candidate can provide excellent service face to face while assisting the team when needed.

Responsibilities
• Answering incoming phone calls and replying to emails
• Responding to customer through live chat
• Administration work (including filing, paperwork, secretary duties)
• Label printing for parcels
Required Skills
• Competent using Excel and Word
• Accurate data entry skills
