Bar Society

2.1.1     To share information and advice relating to careers at the Bar, and how to access it.

2.1.2     To support development of advocacy skills through holding workshops relating to skills needed for a career at the Bar and running moot/mock courts to encourage public speaking and advocacy skills.

2.1.3     To support development of transferrable skills and attributes that are necessary for a career at the bar.

2.1.4     To create opportunities for members to network with and learn from barristers in the field.

2.1.5     To foster a community for aspiring barristers and create opportunities to socialise.

2.1.5     To provide students with insight into the barrister profession and develop their understanding of it as well as the pathways in which to access it.
