‘Raise a Praise or Concern’ is your chance to let us know how your Student Reps are doing – whether you want to recognise the amazing work of a Rep or highlight an area which needs improvement!
Raise a Praise for Student Reps is an acknowledgement of the amazing work they do in representing students here at Birmingham. It’s great to appreciate the hard work of a volunteer and can be really motivating to read. We also use “Praises” to create a picture of where the Rep System is working best across the University and to help us support other Student Reps to develop in their role.
When you raise a concern, we use this to help develop and support our Student Reps – or the Rep System as a whole – to work best for you. We work together with Reps and staff to create an action plan for addressing your concerns. Our main focus is developing reps and ensuring that they can be effective in representing the students they study alongside!
All you need to do to Raise a Praise or Concern is to complete the form below. We’ll anonymise what you say, and share it with the relevant Student Reps and staff members. If it is felt that the content of the submission could not be anonymised we will contact you to confirm if you are still happy for us to share the contents of your submission with the Student Rep.
