The overall aims of the MMA group is to improve physical fitness by providing a diverse and exciting high intensity workout that also gives the members the most functional form of self defence found in martial arts.
Training will be as follows:
Groundwork/Grappling - 1 session a week
Striking (boxing, muay thai) - 1 session a week
Sparring/fitness - 1 session a week
