The overall aims of the MMA group is to improve physical fitness by providing a diverse and exciting high intensity workout that also gives the members the most functional form of self defence found in martial arts.
Training will be as follows:
Thursday 17:00 Groundwork/Grappling - 1 session a week (£3)
Saturday 13:00 Striking (boxing, muay thai) - 1 session a week (£3)
Wednesday 14:00 Sparring/fitness - 1 session a week (£2)
