It is important that Student and PGR Reps at all levels feed back to the Guild as well as the University. This is because your feedback helps us to identify college-wide and university-wide trends and themes that your Guild Officers can raise with the University. These online journals also enable us to share your successes and impacts with the student body.
You can use your Rep Journal to update the Guild about the following:
- Tell us about a rep impact or change that you have made to your programme
- Update following a meeting e.g. Staff Student Forum
- Overview of student feedback received
- An issue you would like the Guild to support you with
Each month the Education Committee will vote to decide a 'Rep Impact of the Month' which we will include in the monthly Rep Newsletter. If you are the Rep who gets chosen for 'Rep Impact of the Month', we will give you a £10 Voucher to thank you for sharing your impact with us! Impacts can be big or small or could be an issue that you're currently making progress on. Make sure you submit any Rep Impacts by the second Monday of each month to be in with a chance of having it featured in the next month's newsletter.
