So October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and today is Wear It Pink Day – big shout out to anyone who’s getting involved! I just wanted to take today to remind everyone about their boobs (or breast bones because that happens too!)
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. Breast cancer starts when cells in the breast begin to divide and grow in an abnormal way. It’s caused by a combination of lots of different factors, many of which are beyond our control.
It’s most commonly found in women over 40 but ANYONE can get it and it’s worth always keeping an eye on.
Here are some things to keep your eyes peeled for…

If you do think anything is at all unusual FOR YOU then get it checked out with your GP. It will take 10 minutes and then you can rest easy that all is okay!
