Negotiation Society

2.1.1 Promote the study, education and research of Negotiation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

2.1.2 Promote careers within Negotiation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, including roles such as Solicitors, Barristers, Chartered Arbitrators and Mediators, and arrange events with relevant organisations and professionals to discuss careers.

2.1.3 Deliver a range of educational events and competitions based in Negotiation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. These may include, but will not be limited to talks, seminars/workshops, guest lectures, negotiation competitions, mock arbitrations, mock trials and commercial competitions.

2.1.4 Provide opportunities for members to learn new skills and build on existing skills relevant to the professional practice of Negotiation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in a legal setting.
