Student Rep Staff Information

Here at the Guild of Students, we’re responsible for over 1000 Student Reps, who cover anything from individual courses all the way up to the senate committee.

We aim to provide information to all parties at UoB who are involved in the Rep System, this includes staff.

To make a complaint about one of your Reps you'll need to fill out a form.

Based on previous feedback, we’ve now implemented a misconduct and removals process. If you’re a staff member who’d like to make a complaint about one of your Reps you’ll need to fill out a complaints form and email it to the Student Reps Team.

Please provide as much detail as possible in your form so we’re better able to support you.

If you feel like you need some help before submitting your complaint, please email the Student Reps Team.

Once a complaint has been made, we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
