Catering Assistant - Music Festival (Forked) [GUI1440F/HH]

Forked cook and serve a range of premium quality sausages, a selection of sumptuous flavoured mashed potato, and onion gravy. The sausages are made by a butcher voted Butchers Shop of the Year by The Meat Trades Journal, using pork from a farmer recently voted Pig Producer of the Year.

We are attending a series of concerts (Tom Jones, Madness, Il Divo) at Ragley Hall, Alcester, 12th - 14th July. We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic and fun people to work over the 3 days. As a catering assistant you will get to prepare, cook and serve our fabulous food. In addition there will be some packing away after trading on Saturday.

You should be confident, able to connect with people and have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be working outdoors (covered) and it can get extremely busy.

It would be great if you already have some catering experience and preference will be given to those with Food Hygiene qualifications.
