Are you a good listener? Do you have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to speak, read and write English and one of the above languages fluently?  If you have answered yes, Ecorys have a temporary opportunity available to you!

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to conduct research telephone calls across European cities from our central Birmingham headquarters.  This role can be fairly flexible which would allow you to arrange your working hours to fit work around your life,  this flexibility allows you to work around other commitments such as university, childcare or retirement.

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Foreign Language Speaking International Researcher (1 vacancy per lanuage) who is interested in collecting data over the telephone to help our client with key decision-making.  Training and induction is given and the cores skills you need are as follows:

• Conduct telephone calls to Mayors and planning officers in Cities across Europe

• Keep accurate records

• Guide respondents through a brief set of questions

• Probe for detailed, thoughtful answers to each question

Our clients include a range of public sector organisations across Europe including central government departments, universities, local authorities, housing associations and other social landlords, police forces and the health sector for example.
