Welcome to the Meditation Society!
We're a society who come together weekly to practice led meditations together, followed by chats on mindfulness, wellness, life and Buddhist philosophy
This term our sessions will run weekly on Wednesdays from 3-4:30pm on Zoom. Newcomers are always welcome!
No experience meditating is required, we provide a safe learning environment for new people as well as a sitting group for those with an established practise. You do not have to be a Buddhist to join - our members come from all religions or none.
Make yourself comfortable in your rooms, make yourselves a cup of tea and logon to our virtual sessions led by our teachers from the Birmingham Buddhist Centre, where you’ll be able to learn how to meditate, have wonderful conversations and make new friends!
