From time to time Guild of Students outlets may offer special offers, vouchers or discounts on their menus, food and/or drinks. Below you will find the relevant terms and conditions for each offer. Terms and conditions outline our relationship with you as the user of the service and the Guild as the service provider. Please read them carefully. Guild and Joe’s Bar Food and drink offers are not valid on UK bank holidays. .
£10 Burger and Beer Offer/ £8 Burger and Soft drink offer
Prices: Cost £10 per person to be paid in advance at the till in Joe’s Bar if you take advantage of the Burger and beer offer on Mondays. Cost is £8 per person if you take advantage of the Burger and soft drink offer on Mondays. This includes selection of a gluten-free option.
Offer availability: Available every Monday 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm only between the following dates: 16 September to 13 December 2024. No further discounts or other promotional codes can be applied to this offer.
Options: The burgers included in this offer include all the beef, chicken, vegan fried chicken or plant-based burgers and related gluten-free alternative options, presented in the Joe’s bar menu issued September 2024. The beer included in this offer is pint of Carling. The soft drink included in this offer is a pint of a drink from the following list: cola, diet cola, lemonade. Joe’s Bar does not guarantee that the burgers and drinks specified will be available on each day of the promotion period. Food and drink availability are subject to supplies secured each week and purchases made each day. There will be no other substitutions or alternatives offered. It is recommended that you redeem this offer as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Ordering process: Orders must be made at the bar and the offer requested at time of ordering. Your order must be consumed on the premises. You will be asked to vacate your seats at closing time so please therefore ensure you place your order at least 30 minutes before 9.00pm.

Prices: Cost of a taco £2 per person with a Margarita cocktail pitcher priced at £8. These items can be purchased separately, together, or in multiples of either item, at the till in Joe’s Bar on Tuesdays.
Offer availability: Available every Tuesday 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm only between the following dates: 16 September to 13 December 2024. No further discounts or other promotional codes can be applied to this offer.
Options: The tacos included in this offer are all the taco variations listed in the Joe’s Bar menu issued September 2024. The Margarita pitcher is as per the Joe’s Bar cocktail menu. No other cocktails or food substitutions are permissible in this offer.

Welcome 2024 – Joe's Bar - Stall Promotional Offer
Date: 23/09/24 (Joe’s Bar) & 24/09/24 (Study Space)
Times: 10:00 – 16:00 hrs (open to UoB students only) Note: Sensory Hour for students 10:00 – 11:00 hrs.
Location: Guild (Joe’s Bar and Study Space dependent on date)
Offer: In exchange for following the ‘Joe’s Bar’ Instagram Account (@guild_joes) the individual will be eligible to receive a voucher for 1 free of charge half pint measure of draught soft drink.
Eligibility: To claim the offer individuals are required to visually show a member of staff at the Guild Venues Welcome Fair stall that they have followed the ‘Joe’s Bar’ Instagram Account (@guild_joes).
The member of staff will visually inspect to confirm that the student has followed the account in order for eligibility to be bestowed.

Welcome 2024 – Societies Fairs – 3 day attendance promotional offer
Eligibility: Individuals are required to attend all three days of the Guild Societies Fairs taking place on 25, 26 and 27 September. Individuals must collect an offer stamp card on the 1st fair day (25/09/24) from the entrance to the fair and obtain a stamp for attending the fair. They must present this card on the two subsequent days to be stamped at the entrance of the fair by a member of staff.
Individuals, in addition to having their card stamped must provide a valid student ID card for scanning at the point of entrance to each fair.
Once the stamp card has been completed with 3 stamps, it may be used within Joe’s Bar to redeem a free drink.
Options: The drinks included in this offer are limited to draught Cola, Diet Cola, Lemonade, Draught Carling and Draught Thatchers, a small (125ml) glass of house white, red, rose wine. Draught drinks are available in pint and half pint measures. Drink availability is subject to supplies secured each week and purchases made each day. There will be no other substitutions or alternatives offered.
Offer availability: Available between Friday 27th September 2024 to Sunday 29th September 2024 from 12:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs.
Ordering process: Orders must be made at the till in Joe’s Bar and the offer requested and the completed stamp card submitted at time of ordering. Your order must be consumed on the Joe’s Bar premises. The offer must be redeemed no later than 29th September 2024 23:59 hrs.
